We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how to return it:

Eligibility

Within 30 days of delivery you can request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable
Include Proof of purchase (receipt in the return package) required and you are responsible for return shipping cost
Items retuned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

In case you received a defective/damaged/wrong item contact us (contact@bachouz.com) no later than 10 days of receiving the order else we will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please include pictures of the issue you're facing (product and shipping box) in your email.

Refunds

Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds go to your original payment method
Damaged or used items by the customer may be denied
Amount refunded will be for the item value only not cover your original shipping/postage fees.

Return instructions

Simple Process we want you to be satisfied with our services.

1. Request Your Return Authorization

Fill out the return form on this webpage. Include your order number and the email used to place the order. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions for mailing your return. (Note: Return shipping is paid by the customer.)

2. Pack Your Item Securely

Include all original packaging and ensure items are unused and unwashed, just like you would for a Bachouz home design item. Place this card inside the package (optional).

3. Purchase Your USPS Postage

Use any USPS location or USPS.com to purchase your own return shipping label. Address the package to the return address we provide in your approval email.

4. Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any USPS location or blue mailbox. Keep your tracking number for your records.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days (depending on your credit card company’s policy).
