We’re here to help. If you need to return an item, please complete the form below and our team will email you a prepaid USPS return label within 1–2 business days.
1. Request Your Return Authorization
Fill out the return form on this webpage. Include your order number and the email used to place the order. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions for mailing your return. (Note: Return shipping is paid by the customer.)
2. Pack Your Item Securely
Include all original packaging and ensure items are unused and unwashed, just like you would for a Bachouz home design item. Place this card inside the package (optional).
3. Purchase Your USPS Postage
Use any USPS location or USPS.com to purchase your own return shipping label. Address the package to the return address we provide in your approval email.
4. Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any USPS location or blue mailbox. Keep your tracking number for your records.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days (depending on your credit card company’s policy).
Expect to receive an email acknowledgement of your return submission for your Bachouz home design.
