Eligibility
- Within 30 days of delivery you can request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable
- Include Proof of purchase (receipt in the return package) required and you are responsible for return shipping cost
- Items retuned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- In case you received a defective/damaged/wrong item contact us (contact@bachouz.com) no later than 10 days of receiving the order else we will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Please include pictures of the issue you're facing (product and shipping box) in your email.
Refunds
- Issued within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Damaged or used items by the customer may be denied
- Amount refunded will be for the item value only not cover your original shipping/postage fees.
